In many cases it is possible to apply for a real estate license without taking the prerequisite courses and passing state exams if your state has reciprocity with the other state (i.e. Florida has reciprocity with 11 other states), however, not with other countries.

To practice real estate in the U.S.A., one must first have residency.....and you set everyone straight on what the residency requirements were....  Good article !!
